Terms of Service

Unique Buddy Profile provides all services under the following terms and conditions. In the following document "we", "us", "our", and any references to this website means Unique Buddy Profile while "you", "client", "customer" or "account holder" means any person using our service(s) in any way.

All users are required to agree to these terms in order to utilize any of our services. Registering for an account on our site is taken as express agreement to these terms.

Unique Buddy Profile reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization for any reason. Unique Buddy Profile also reserves the right to modify this document at any time without any prior notification. Unique Buddy Profile will make every effort to make changes known to users but cannot be held liable for lack of user knowledge.

Disclosure to Law Enforcement

The user agrees that Unique Buddy Profile may disclose any and all information including IP addresses, account statistics, usage statistics, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes written request without further consent or notification to the user. In the case of disclosure, Unique Buddy Profile shall have the right to terminate the user's account and all related service as set forth in the termination section.

Email Notifications

The user agrees to receive emails from Unique Buddy Profile for the purpose of updating the user on their account status or the status of any of Unique Buddy Profile's services. Unique Buddy Profile agrees to never send any email that it cannot justify as important to its users.

Account Security

Passwords and account information are the sole responsibility of the user to secure and maintain. While Unique Buddy Profile will make every effort to keep this information secure and to help the user recover any stored information, it cannot be held liable for loss of account due to a breach of security or accident.

Termination of Service

If it is found that any user his/her account for any purpose other than intended by Unique Buddy Profile or outlined in this document, any and all services will be terminated. The determination of unintended usage is at the sole discretion of Unique Buddy Profile and the customer agrees that this determination is final. Termination may be accompanied by notice but is not required of Unique Buddy Profile.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Unique Buddy Profile makes no warranties, representations, or assurances that user's or anyone else's equipment will be compatible with the Service. The user expressly agrees that use of the service is at the user's sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" basis. Unique Buddy Profile expressly disclaims all Warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use and non-infringement.

Unique Buddy Profile makes no warranty that the service will meet customer's requirements, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free; nor does Unique Buddy Profile make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the service or as to the accuracy of reliability of any information obtained through the service or that defects in the software will be corrected.
